Robert,

Chances are that Window-Eyes has not been granted access to talk to the Skype COM interface. The script tries to do this on its own, but it's not always successful. Go into tools, options, advanced, and find the link that says, "Manage other programs' access to Skype." Find Window-Eyes in the list (you'll need to use the mouse keys) and select the remove button. Restart the script, and then do a find in the main Skype window for the word allow. Click on that, and you should be set.

I am running WE7.11 with the latest Skype and the Skype3 script. The

suggestions?
