Try to start the script manually wiht alt-shift-s key. If you get a new window with the title bar of skype info, it may then be running. I had a problem with earlier versions of the skype script where if window eyes was already running, skype script wouldn't auto start for me when I started the skype program. Had to use the hotkey to start the script back then. For now, for me, the current version seems to start automatically, might not be doing so for you.
