Hi Jenifer,

You are not really giving us enough information. In what instances does it
crash? Is it all the time, or every so often? Do you have any scripts
running, if so which? I can't see GW fixing this based on the information
you have given us so far, but if you give us this additional information,
someone may be able to nail it for you.

There are so many computers with configurations that are different out
there, that it is difficult sometimes.

I understand your frustration, but I am sure GW will get to the bottom of
it, if you provide some more information.

Another example is this. Does Window-Eyes generate any errors when you
reboot? If so, do you send them to GW Micro?

OK, enough for now, but you get my point.

All the best

Steve

Subject: window eyes 7.11 loosing speech again!

Hi I wanted to let you know that window eyes keeps crashing and I loose my
speech. Then I end up having to turn my computer off by pushing the on off
button. I have a new computer so I know that is not the problem. Window
eyes did that even on my old computer. It is frustrating when I spend lots
of money on this program and I have mentioned this problem before. So
please look in to fixing this problem for the next up grade. For the staff
who are sighted just think if you could not see the screen and your speech
crashing when you are in the middle of something you would get really
annoyed about it. So again please fix this once in for all. I have had
this problem for at least a year. And I get tired of when someone from GW
micro may say it's your computer. I have been told that. So again please
fix it. am I annoyed yes I am and with good reason thank you.
