Hi Jenifer, You are not really giving us enough information. In what instances does it crash? Is it all the time, or every so often? Do you have any scripts running, if so which? I can't see GW fixing this based on the information you have given us so far, but if you give us this additional information, someone may be able to nail it for you.
There are so many computers with configurations that are different out there, that it is difficult sometimes. I understand your frustration, but I am sure GW will get to the bottom of it, if you provide some more information. Another example is this. Does Window-Eyes generate any errors when you reboot? If so, do you send them to GW Micro? OK, enough for now, but you get my point.
