You can use the previous voices which are 32-bit.

The Infovox voices are some of the best ever software voices I've
heard,
I've been using them on my Mac for quite some time but they're
available
for Windows and Window-Eyes through the Infovox Windows Desktop, you
install this and then download what voices or languages you need, go

for more information.
My favourite Infovox voices would have to be Ryan, Heather and Laura
for
U.S. English and Rachel, Lucy, Graham and Peter for U.K English.
Again -
and its only my opinion of course - these voices are the most human
sounding I've heard in my life but be warned! the file sizes are
rather
large..,
