Hi Scott, well, I'm not having this problem with outlook calendaring, however, many people are having the problem of window eyes losing speech for no particular reason; that is, no one else, as far as I know, has tracked it down to a particular piece of software causing the problem reliably. they do know about it and are working on it.
I suspect there's something unusual about your pc, or your outlook settings, but anyway here's a suggestion: window eyes has an alternate way of getting to outlook calendar data, that they wrote themselves rather than you using outlook. to use it you press insert c.
