I remember seeing your first note, but I think that most of us have probably 
run into problems using the pivot table wizzard.  I have attempted it on 
several occasions 
and found that I had to use the mouse keys and the results were not at all 
consistent.  That is probably why you are not getting answers on this.  As I 
recall, you can 
look at the defining parameters of a pivot table after it has been created, so 
the best short term solution might be to have someone set it up visually.  
There might be 
a way to create one manually without using the wizzard and there might also be 
a scripting approach.  If you could describe what you are wanting to do with 
the 
pivot table, we might be able to suggest alternatives.
