Another helpful utility is focus control. If you download this script from
script -----Original Message----- central you can then press insert f9
to get a list of the controls that can be focused. So move to the list of
controls to the one you want press enter and the focus will be moved to that
control.

Hi,I have found controls that I can't reach with the ins-numpad keys. I
have found that if I get in the general vacinity of the control, I can
usually find it with the ins-numpad 7 or 9 keys. Give that a shot.

Warm Regards.. Joe Lanier

Donald,

This button works with Jaws, so maybe a chat with aGW Micro would be in
order.

As a Varizon customer I have found them responsive when accessibility issues
arise. Don't think they meant to snub you.

Before anything like this could proceed, the question must be asked, is this
an accessibility issue or is this a problem with Window-Eyes. If the button
can be worked with with other screen readers, then it's up to GW Micro to
catch up. If the problem exists with all or most screen readers, then you
can move on to the next step. But these things have to be taken in steps.

Bruce
