Hi, all. Incidentally, I experienced similar behavior when I upgraded my Dell XPS-M1530 laptop from Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Home Premium.
A reformat corrected the audio glitches and Window-eyes 7.11 does not generate the unexpected error when exiting and restarting Window-eyes.
