Office 2010 is an obvious thing. If all they managed to do with a new version is support office 2010 and fix the bug where window-eyes just stops talking, comes back sometimes and doesn't others, I'd be happy. Ten years ago I'd have bought a different screen reader or just smashed the computer after about the third incident. Having waited since version 7 came out, I think it is time that this gets addressed.
