I have been having the same problem. I was just about to send almost the
exact e-mail message. mine usually happens when I have many windows open at
once and I flip through them. like right now I am working on a power point
so I have to be looking for music and information. when I flip through the
windows window-eyes will stop working for a while and sometimes I have to
flip to the previous window to get it to work and then I have to close the
window that made window-eyes stop working. there is also those times when
window-eyes stops working completely and I have to close it but, when I open
it again, it is not working as it should so I have to restart my hole
computer. I feel like I am running a demo version. I think that my windows
6.1 was working better than window-eyes 7.11.

I realize that some lock-ups iwll occur with any screen reader, but I
think those with Window-Eyes 7.11 have become excessive. Sluggishness may
precede the lock-up. Even when Kill Wineyes works, the sluggishness may
not improve, so a reboot may be required. Kill Wineyes doesn't always
work, and no error report can be sent.

Subject: window eyes 7.11 locking up and studdering!
Hi window eyes is locking up and studdering and it is worse then ever!
It has done it when I am in windows mail I tried to open up the address
book. And when I did it would not let me arrow through the addresses.
Then it locked up on me. I think I was suppose to do control f4. I also
tried doing control alt and f4 together and it did not work. Last night
I had a hard time getting internet explorer to open up. Then when it did
I tried going to you tube and it would take a long time to open and then
I could not get to the song I searched for. I also tried opening face
book and it did the same thing where I had a hard time getting the page
to open. Also a few times now when I turned the computer on it would say
window eyes not responding. So when will this problem be fixed? It is
really frustrating when it locks up and studders. I mean how can I use
my computer an then I had to shut it down 2 times tonight before window
eyes would even think about working right. Again this has been a problem
for at least a year for me. And then computer is only a few months old so
I should not be having this kind of problem. And window eyes does not
give me an option of sending an error report. Please help me out here!
