I hadn't bothered going into the iTunes store since I upgraded to
version 9.02. I tend to shop at Amazon more, but I heard about a free
Christmas music album and decided to go check it out. Well, what I
get in the store now is nothing beyond the link to browse my account
information but a bunch of unlabelled picture links. There is
absolutely no information, no navigation keys work at all, and the
only way to get out is to use the F6 key to jump back into the
iTunes tree view.
Now, I know other Window Eyes users that have been using the store,
so I am trying to figure out what went wrong. Is there supposed to be
an iTunes set file, because I don't have one, I am using WE 7.11 and
iTunes 9.02. Nothing odd happened during the installation of either
upgrade, it is just very odd. Am I missing a set file, a patch, or
something? Is there something in the settings of either application I
need to change? Or is this what everyone else is experiencing and my
lack of iTunes experience, I've only really been using it seriously
since June, causing me to miss alternative means of finding what I
need? Any help would be appreciated.
