Ted,

as far as I know, it should be fine. although you should be aware that MS
has "end of lifed" windows 2000, so it's no longer patching it, so it may
not be the safest operating system around (safe from malware exploits that
is).

Subject: Sorry; Off Topic; Upgrading Microsoft Word

Dear List:
At home, I have Microsoft Office 2003 standard edition running on Windows
XP. At work, I find that the longer I type into Microsoft Word 2002, it
gets slower and slower. I would like to take my office 2003 Standard
edition and install it at work where I am running under Windows 2000 to see
if it will improve things.. Is this Office product 2003 compatible on
Windows 2000? Thanks. Regards: Ted Larson
