fyi, I've seen this on my own 2003 on vista, but if I close down outlook and restart it, sometimes a couple of times, eventually it will come up and WE will be able to see the list of messages. it makes no sense I know. I'm curious to hear if you've tried this many times, and yours is still coming up each time without WE being unable to see the list. one work around is to use the mouse cursor and click on the message you want, and then press enter. for some reason the mouse cursor can see the text on the screen. you might try the read highlighted text command control-shift-m, I can't remember if it works or not, but it might. hth, Chip

I just took Outlook 2007 off this machine and put 2003 on it. When I open Outlook 2003 to read my email, it comes up to the in box but Window eyes doesn't show the list of messages. I can click on them and they will open up but I can't see what I'm entering on. Do anyone have any suggestions on what this could be?
