I have to be honest: I too have been somewhat sceptical of the accuracy of the temperatures.

Hi, I've been a bit suspicious about the accuracy of the temperature info coming from the weather or not script. I just checked the Fairbanks temp for local time 4:00 am, today. They report a temperature of 37 below zero with clear skies. The weather or not scripts says: Fairbanks, AK Temperature: -28.8 F Humidity: 74% Pressure: 29.83in Conditions: Clear Wind Direction: West Wind Speed: 0.0mph The temp is off by 8 degrees if you round it off. Yes, I know it's cold, but it's still off by 8 degrees. So where is the weather or not script getting it's data. The Alaska weather line is being hourly updated for Fairbanks, (907) 458-3745. Currently, at 7:00 am local time, today, the NOAA weather service reports the Chicago temperature as 24 degrees, at O'Hare. However the weather or not script says: Chicago, IL Temperature: 26.7 F Humidity: 78% Pressure: 30.44in Conditions: Light Snow Wind Direction: NW Wind Speed: 4.0mph So, rounding off, we are off by 3 degrees. Both instances, Fairbanks and Chicago, we are on the high side with weather or not script. So where is the script getting its data from. Can this be chosen by the end user? Why the discrepancy? Thanks for any info you can provide.
