Hello, I ran into this issue this morning. What I discovered was that Internet Explorer had stopped responding. I am wondering if we are running into this problem with websites that are running components such as flash. if the flash player becomes unresponsive. The document done event may not be sent to the screen reader. If this is the case, the screen reader will have no way of knowing if the webpage is ready for browsing.
