Hi, You don't if the browser does not report a document loaded event how is window-eyes going to know it is done loading. Work arounds are as follows. 1. try to redraw the buffer. Insert+\ buy default. 2. refresh the page in the browser f5. 3. restart the browser with the page you are having a problem with. Hth
