Sara,
The patch can still be installed but you'll get no benefit as the patch
is for the eci Eloquence that ships with Window-Eyes 7.x, not the old
SAPI version of Eloquence. You will notice the new eci Eloquence with
the patch is far more responsive then any SAPI synth including the
Eloquence SAPI. As to which you prefer, that is your decision.
