Nolan: I've had the same thing happen with other software, so go figure. It seems to me like settings have to get set right before it will work right, but that doesn't make sense to me and I was a computer programmer on mainframes so sometimes computers do what they want. Grin. Gail I can't explain it, and I won't even make an attempt. Suffice it to say that after five Window-Eyes restarts, the patch began working flawlessly and hasn't failed yet. The Internet works perfectly with it now--all pages including the BARD one. I've no idea why it failed last night. Operator error? Perhaps, but I don't think so.
