to me like settings have to get set right before it will work right, but
that doesn't make sense to me and I was a computer programmer on mainframes

I can't explain it, and I won't even make an attempt. Suffice it to say
that after five Window-Eyes restarts, the patch began working flawlessly
and hasn't failed yet.
The Internet works perfectly with it now--all pages including the BARD
one. I've no idea why it failed last night. Operator error? Perhaps,
but I don't think so. The problem inexplicably just disappeared.
