Only two Window-Eyes files are updated. Nothing regarding your sound
card is modified. However, I would suggest that you make sure you are
using the latest sound card driver you can get. It sounds like your
sound card driver may have some issues with the new approach.

automatically turned off the crystalizer box and my sound volume was
lowered. once i rebooted it came back fine. but also wile i am typing
this email, i just lost speech completely. i am typing in outlook
express. i am loosing speech alot more when using this eliquence
update. i have to go into standby mode and come back to windows to get
speech back. for a second or 2, the voice gets garbled or sounds like
there statick in the speech then it dies. thanks les.
