just press alt+enter on the file. you will find it in there.

Hi, The dialog box that came up woild not read. How do I check the
compatablity mode on the program? Will take a look today at some point.

will have to reinstall we first as I removed it assoomed that there was no
point in having it installed if I coulsd not use it.

hi, ok try checking the compatibility section of the upgrade file. it
might be set to xp or something.
because on windows 7 32 bit you should be able to go from window-eyes 7.0
to
7.11. di this twice already.

You cannot install 7.0 on Windows 7. For this you need 7.11.
