Hi Raul Window-Eyes 7.11 32 bit has now been installed successfully under Windows 7 and without any problems. The screen reader works fine. Thank you very much for your help and congratulations to GW Micro for their 20 years anniversary and their great product Window-Eyes.

Hi. It sounds like something in the installation has been corrupted. Try this: * Insert the 7.11 CD and choose advanced/emergency removal. From the main setup screen, press A then E. * Follow the prompts and reboot your machine. * Install 7.11 again and take note in the area where it asks for your name and company, that the read only edit box has your serial number.
