Hi. For the most part the only thing to watch for, and this holds true for Vista and XP, is that you use the latest video display drivers. Even if you just purchased a new machine, don't count on the drivers being the most current. Another thing we recommend is for all the extra not-needed-software to be removed. Things like Google toolbars, yahoo toolbars, ETC. This will make the computer experience much more enjoyable, even without Window-Eyes in the mix.
