Hi Vicky, I handle mine as you do. I have several years of returns along with the corresponding TaxAct versions in case I ever need to file an amended return or just review or prinht what I have.

Same here for me in the state of Indiana, meaning the first federal is free, and the state is the seven dollars and ninety-five cents. But, I'm not doing mine online, as I prefer to have the software on my own PC, and thus I have access to it and my tax return at any time I want. Of course, I do submit the return to be filed electronically once I have completed it. And, at least with me, I choose the interview option, and thus let the software decide the appropriate forms I need, and my blindness is indeed taken into consideration as apart of that interview. >----- Original Message ----- >From: "Les Kriegler" <[email protected] >To: "'Michael Peterson'" <[email protected] >Date sent: Mon, 15 Feb 2010 15:53:18 -0500 >Subject: RE: Anyone tried TaxAct yet this year? >Hi Mike, >I don't understand your first question. I'm wondering about tax filing online. When you file >your taxes and include your blind dependents say 2 if your filling just for >yourself do you have to file a long form or do you just put 2 in there? >also is there a state form free like the federal ones are? >Mike >----- If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
