I would not think so, and also, I wouldn't think GW could justify working on
them.  your best bet is to find a scripter who themselves needs these
packages.
 
I only have a vague idea what they can do; maybe you could get on to the
scripting list, and give a thorough description of what they're good for,
and ask if anyone is willing to take them on.
