okay... the name of the file that is going to be downloaded is: login ;-) When you open it, it is a xml file, but my IE8 does not show it. It will be downloaded. I only know this behaviour when the server does not execute the specific filetype through php/perl/etc. So this may be the problem. When I try to name a perlfile without extension, my server does the same as m.twitter.com does.
