This childishness stops now.
Juan, you are entitled to your opinion. My original statement, plus
Doug's addendum, still stands. If you send us the machine, we will solve
the problem. If it's our fault, we pay to ship it back. If it's not, you
pay to ship it back. That means if you pay $10 to ship your computer, at
the most you'll have to pay $10 to ship it back. I fail to see how that
is extortion or a detrament to blind people, but whatever. Again, you
get to think whatever you want. But this conversation has devolved into
ugly threats, and that it where we draw the line. If anyone continues
this vain of insults, you will be booted.
And, just to set the record straight, we never said we weren't a
"business." Rather, we stated that we're not traded publicly; that's
what privately owned means. Other than that, we don't care what you call us.
