Press the right arrow from the shutdown button and up arrow to restart.

OK, I'm totally lost.  I cannot for the life of me figure out either in w e,
nor! in jfw, for that mind how this works.  I bring up the start menu, then
tabbed until I heard it say shutdown split button, but no matter what, I
cannot for the life of me figure out then once on that, what to hit to make
the restart button have focus where I can restart.  I don't wanna! shutdown,
I'm just wanting to simply reboot.

Please please help.  This is driving me baunkers!
