Under the voice panel in Window Eyes, try C for capitalization alerts. It doesn't ping, I believe it says Cap.

I'm using AT&T Charles, which in my opinion is the best voice they've made because he takes breaths in between commas and at the start of sentences sometimes. Anyway, I had to read something out to this person and I had to switch synthesizers because he doesn't change pitch when he reads capital letters. As a matter of fact, some SAPI synthesizers do not have support for the pitch change. So I was thinking it would be nice if there was a script out there that did something like beep when reading a capital letter because System Access has that feature.
