Hi Shawn:
In fact, Window-eyes has a setting which makes the word "cap" be
spoken before each capital letter and "cap cap" be spoken before a
word which is entirely capitalized.
Normally, you have to go into the menus n the Window-eyes control
panel to change that setting but if you download and install my
Proofreading script, the hotkey "alt-shift-c" will rotate through all
of the Caps settings.
