I sue 07 all the time at work on an xp machine, and did for a while at home.
I have never noticed that there was any link between word and outlook 07,
related to opening an e-mail.

Subject: MS Office 2007 Outlook and Word

Using Windows XP pro SP3
Office 2007

The relationship between the use of Outlook 2007 and Word 20007 seems
somewhat confused. That is, if I have a Word document open in MS Word
then it is not possible at all times to open an e-mail in Outlook 2007.
I suspect that this is because both use the Word engine.

I don't think this is new with the beta.
