hi,
ok then maybe I am doing something wrong here. press windows b. try to move
across the tool bar buttons. get to one I want to work with press the context
key and I find I am not on the button I want at all. this is not a window-eyes
thing see it with whatever I am using. so sorry the system tray tool bar
doesn't work very well at all here. and forget about it in xp. that tool bar
jumps around like a flee on a hot gristle.
so I for one would shed lots of tears because quite frankly removing this key
would make it impossible to access the system tray on this computer. I could
turn off some programs that are causing the problem but this would cause me to
lose functionality that I need with this computer. for example I would have to
stop using get right and u torrent. if you know of a way to fix this so the
system tray won't change focus I would love to hear about it.

Hello. I didn't say we were getting rid of the system tray hot key. I
said that if we did, I wouldn't shed a tear since you can access the
system tray with Windows-B and that works very well.

Many thanks.
