Hello Kevin. I am wondering if the problem may be focus related. When
you launch IE in a machine which shows this problem, press Alt-D to
focus the address bar. Next press shift-tab and that should place focus
in the web page area. Now try Browse mode. Let me know if this works and
we can go from there.
