To those willing to listen,
I'm looking for a place to get a cathlic standard bible in braille
or on the internet in accessible format? I use grade 2 braille but I
know these sorts of books costs hundreds of dollars that us typical
blind people can't afford. I'm just trying to find a place without the
King James Bible because I'm thinkin about completely converting from
the protestant faith to a cathlic oriented faith as it aligns more
closely with my ideals and beliefs on the world than protestantism
does. If you have sites that you could send me off list that would be
great and if you happen to be cathlic just e-mail and talk if you
wish. No offense to those that aren't cathlic in my enquiry just that
it's hard to find resources adaquate for the blind in nitches that
aren't general throughout like protestantism is on the web. I've been
to American Foundation for the Blind, American Counsel for the Blind,
and there was another site about the Chicago, Illinois location for
blind people for which I can't exactly recall. If you have any other
resources that would be okay as well. Thanks for any and all help you
may be able to give to me.
sincerely,
