Launch Adobe Reader and under Edit go to preferences. Under the Internet
options make sure that the open PDF in browser is not checked.

Also I find it works best to load entire document. Even for larger ones
over 50 pages, I prefer to load the entire thing. Of course this takes
longer.

You can find the option to read entire document under the reading
category. It is one of the radio buttons there.

Hello listers,
For some strange reason, when I click on a link to download a PDF file,
WE7.11, Win-XP home, freezes, and I can't get speech. The document is
there, because my wife, who is sighted, was able to print it out for me.
But if she wern't there, I would have had to reboot to get speech back.
Any ideas out there?
