Now Aaron, this is very interesting.

When I reload window-eyes after giving my plug-in window focus, I get the sfz window name, otherwise, I only get the sonar1 window name.

Somehow what ever window-eyes poles to get it's overlap window names doesn't get updated properly unless we is loaded fresh while the plug-in window is active.

I was so excited just to see this happen I haven't tried to make a spot yet, I'll do so and let you know if it works, but I at least got ehe sfz designation in the window name so we'll see.

Auto hot key, and hot spot clicker both differentiate top level window names, I don't know how to translate this in programming conventions, but some how we can use the actual text of the window title or part of it to monitor for when spots should be active.

They're called overlap windows (or overlapped windows), and they're what HotSpot uses when you select Window Name. For me, SFZ windows show up as SFZ, not Sonar1. So that tells me that maybe activation isn't in the right place when you bring up the HotSpot window.
