Nope still doesn't work.
Even though the sfz overlap window is showing up when I reload
window-eyes, hotspot seems to be expecting a different window still
because it says
---------------------------
No Window Found
---------------------------
Unable to locate the SONAR 8.5 Producer - #91SONAR1* - window.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
This is when trying to trigger the hotspot with the
control-alt-shift-p hotkey and doing it manually from the dialogue.
When using the hotkey I assigned, I get nothing.
But when defining the spot it gave me
the option of the window name
sfz 1 - SONAR1
But this is only after reloading sonar.
If I don't reload sonar I only get the sonar1 window name.

Auto hot key, and hot spot clicker both differentiate top level
window names, I don't know how to translate this in programming conventions,

of it to monitor for when spots should be active.
They're called overlap windows (or overlapped windows), and they're
what HotSpot uses when you select Window Name. For me, SFZ windows
show up as SFZ, not Sonar1. So that tells me that maybe activation
isn't in the right place when you bring up the HotSpot window.
