Hello,
I have recently started to learn how to use Word 2007 and I am having
some trouble with formatting a document. I am hoping there is someone
on this list that might be able to help.
First, I should say that I am a fairly new WE user, having only been
using it exclusively for about six to eight monts or so. So I am still
learning how to get things accomplished with this very flexable screen
reader.
I am running WE 7.2 Beta on my Windows 7 laptop with Word 2007. I have
noticed that when I am trying to do some basic formatting with a
document that I am having trouble confirming the changes that I have
made. For example; If I highlight a block of text with the intention of
centering it with the key command "Control + E", and then I hit the
Format attribute hotkey " Insert + E", when WE reads all of the
attributes I noticed that the alignment is still reported as "Alignment
left". I have had visual confirmation that the text did center, but I
am wondering why WE is not accurately reporting this information to me.
Is there a better way to get formatting information with Window Eyes?
What is the best way to check the style of font that you are using, or
font size?
As I said I am very new at using Word, and I am a new WE user as well,
so any help would be greatly appreciated.
