One site is www.pdf2txt.com. I was told it is free, but after reading
through it, it looks like it is not. Comments from other listers would be
helpful.

I have opened it in adobe reader but it still sees it as an image file I
don't recall where to go to change it or to perform an OCR

Ok I know that this might not have anything to do with window-eyes but I am
having a big issue with this PDF file that seems to be a scanned image. Does
anybody know of a program that will perform an OCR so Window-Eyes can read it
to me?
