Thank you for this, I can give you the URL to my document so you can download
it off of drop box. You are correct I do not have any of these programs they
cost to much . I only need this one document for one of my classes so it is not
something I will need in the future as far as I know.

Juan,
I take it you do not have Kurzweil 1000 or OpenBook? Opening an image PDF file
in these programs runs the OCR, but I know many do not have these expensive
packages available. If you really get it a jam, you can possibly sent the PDF
to one of us who can try running the OCR on it for you and sent it back as an
rtf or txt file. I haven't tried the websites others have recommended, which
may be a better long term solution for you.

Ok I know that this might not have anything to do with window-eyes but I am
having a big issue with this PDF file that seems to be a scanned image. Does
anybody know of a program that will perform an OCR so Window-Eyes can read it
to me?
