Yup, I went to my startup options and found that one of the radio buttons wasn't where I thought it was!! ALL IS WELL! Thank you for reminding me to check radio buttons in the Windows Explorer file menu...hope this helps others!

I only had to do this one time after installing the new version, and Window-Eyes has started every time since. Since your problem sounds very similar, and since I know this has worked in a few other cases, it is worth a try.
