Please look in your set files and see if there is an update to word 2003.
As mentioned in a previous message I updated my word or office 2007 set
files for word and this problem went away.

I just tested INS-E now and it is a nice feature. My concern is
inadvertently making a format change such as right justify or center
without being aware of it. In that case, I would not know to check the
format with INS-E.
Your info will come in handy sometimes though.
