I did that before calling Support and again with Support. I then
totally re-installed the set files. Seems that you have to have W-E
read out keyboard words as you type in order to get that feature.
Do you have keyboard layout set to voice on with words and characters or
maybe just words?

I just tested INS-E now and it is a nice feature. My concern is
inadvertently making a format change such as right justify or center
without being aware of it. In that case, I would not know to check
the format with INS-E.
Your info will come in handy sometimes though.
