Greetings everyone No need to reply to my previous message. With the concern regarding Google, I suspect it has been pushed far to the bottom of some pile any way.
I figured I would go out on a limb and just copy the files in the Window-Eyes folder over the Window-Eyes folder on my USB flash drive. I checked all of the INI files and didn't find any references to drive letters. As far as I am able to tell, everything is working well. For those of you celebrating a long weekend, have a great long weekend. And for those who are not, enjoy the weekend just the same.
