I have Outlook 2003 on my Windows 7 64 bit machine and WE 7.2. I don't have MS Word set to be the editor in outlook. I am unable to reply to a html message. I hit control r for a reply and get no speech while typing. What setting for outlook do I have wrong? Thanks in advance for any help.
