The only way I know of is to go to startup options under the file menu and set it to not start.

Subject: disabling auto start in Window-eyes

What is the key that stops window-eyes from auto-loading when you start your computer. Is it something like holding down shift when you expect it to load, etc. I need this info ASAP.

Thanks!
