Hi Robert, It must be an IE8 thing and is very annoying if you ask me?
Another Microsoft great idea, but not so great as they would have liked it
to be. I find that it puts it in there sometimes. even though I know enough
to put in the spaces between words, Ha Ha and that aint funny. Best Regards,

While writing an email in Outlook Express, why does WE say "non breaking
space" sometimes instead of saying "space?"
