Hi. I am having trouble opening an attachment in Outlook 2010. With the message closed I press alt-7 and hear attachment not found. When the message is open and I press alt-7, I hear the words message list box or something like that. If I press enter on that message, nothing happens.
In Outlook 2007 I could press the context key and down arrow to the attachment and press enter to open it. Could somebody please help? Mike M.
