Have you tried using the app key to access the context menu? Perhaps the View Attachments option is still there, in which case you've got an easy path to the attached file. If it is still there, the shortcut letter for View Attachments should be H, as it was in Outlook 03 and 07.

Hi.  I am having trouble opening an attachment in Outlook 2010.

With the message closed I press alt-7 and hear attachment not found.  When
the message is open and I press alt-7, I hear the words message list box or
something like that.  If I press enter on that message, nothing happens.

In Outlook 2007 I could press the context key and down arrow to the
attachment and press enter to open it.  Could somebody please help?
