I use the Wells Fargo site with Window-Eyes all the time and don't have any
particular problems. Specifically, I use it to do a lot of transferring
between
accounts and also to look at past transactions. The one gripe I have is that
the Wells Fargo people think that JAWS is a synonym for screen reader. They
have some links that talk about accessibility, and I have occasionally gotten
warnings that accessibility could be improved if I did this or that but I have
never seen a reason to. Some of the statements are in PDF, but they seem
generally to be PDF's that work well.
One area where I've had a little trouble is that the sign in procedure requires
that one does not have redirects blocked. Some have said that the key that
bypasses redirects , I think it is CONTROL ENTER or ALT Enter, gets past this
but it has not always worked for me. I found I had to turn on "Allow
Autorefresh" which is
an internet explorer option and then I didn't have to do anything special.
Good luck.
Best regards,
Steve Jacobson
